The Site is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) parts, including but not limited to GPUs, tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, and related aviation ground equipment components.

  • Inquiry Data: When you submit a parts inquiry or request a quote, we collect the details of your request, including part specifications and quantities.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Site, including pages visited, search queries, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referring URLs.
  • Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.

  • Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a period of twelve (12) months after account closure to satisfy legal and business record-keeping requirements.
  • Vendor & Listing Data: We retain vendor and parts listing data for the duration of the business relationship plus a period of twelve (12) months thereafter for legitimate business purposes, including audit trails and transaction history verification.
  • Communications: Records of correspondence and support requests are retained for three (3) years from the date of last communication.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for business intelligence purposes. Individually identifiable analytics data is retained for a maximum of twenty-six (26) months.
  • Legal Holds: Data subject to a legal hold, litigation hold, or regulatory investigation will be retained until the hold is formally released.

When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it in accordance with industry standard data destruction practices.

  • Google Fonts:We use Google Fonts for typography. When you visit our Site, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which may record your IP address.

Our Site is a business-to-business marketplace intended for commercial use by adults in the aviation ground support industry. It is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 16.
